第2回四国環境パートナーシップ表彰/The 2nd Shikoku Environment Partnership Award/第2届四国环境合作表彰
環境に対する諸課題の解決に向けては、各主体での取り組みに加え、地域でさまざまな主体を巻き込んだパートナーシップづくりが重要である。
四国EPOでは昨年度より「四国環境パートナーシップ表彰」を始め、四国地方で活発なパートナーシップ活動を展開した団体や優れた取り組みに対して、「森里川海部門」「ESD環境教育部門」の2部門を設け、四国各県から各賞1団体ずつ表彰を行っている。
第2回目となる今年度は、3月2日（木）に表彰式を行い、環境省中国四国地方環境事務所高松事務所の宇賀神所長より各受賞団体に対し、賞状が手渡された。
また、今年度より三井住友海上あいおい生命保険株式会社四国営業部の協賛を得て、「生命保険のエコ手続で四国の環境保護活動を応援しよう！」の趣旨のもと、生命保険申込時にオンラインで申し込みがあった件数に応じて、いただいた寄付金を特別賞として2団体に授与した。
受賞団体と「取り組み」は下記の通り。
【森里川海部門】
豊かな生態系サービスなどを含め、私たちの暮らしを支える森里川海の保全につながる取組や活動を行う団体を選定
・徳島県：徳島県立新野高等学校（「三井住友海上あいおい生命保険特別賞」同時受賞）
「イシマササユリ保護活動」
・香川県：香川大学直島地域活性化プロジェクト
「直島の環境を良くし隊！」
・愛媛県：愛媛県立伊予農業高等学校 伊予農希少植物群保全プロジェクトチーム
「重信川河口域（かこういき）での高校生が取り組む環境保全活動～13年間の軌跡～」
・高知県：三嶺の森をまもるみんなの会
「三嶺（さんれい）の森保全活動」
【ESD環境教育部門】
私たちの代だけではなく、次の世代のことも考え、持続可能な社会を構築につながる取り組みや活動を行う団体を選定

「海の中の森づくり」
表彰式後、各団体による活動発表が行われた。発表を通して、活動資金の調達を含めた運営の難しさや、周りの理解と賛同を得ながら発展的かつ持続的に活動展開するための課題や苦労を伺い知ることができた。また、各団体の活動の様子や取り組みに関する工夫を知ることにより、新たなアイデアを得たり、活動継続のための志を新たにした団体もあった。
今回の募集にあたり、四国四県からたくさんの取り組みがよせられ、四国のESDや環境保全活動が多くの方の想いと手によって実践されていることを実感した。皆さまの更なる活動を、四国EPOとして引き続き応援するとともに、新たな活動の発掘を進めて行きたい。
■The 2nd Shikoku Environment Partnership Award
In order to solve various problems related to the environment, it is important to create a partnership involving various entities in the community, in addition to efforts by each entity.
Last year, the Shikoku EPO started the “Shikoku Environmental Partnership Award” for active partnership activities in the Shikoku region. It established two divisions, the “Forest-Village-River-Sea Division” and the “ESD (Education for Sustainable Development) Environmental Education Division” for the organizations which made excellent efforts that were launched. Every prefecture in Shikoku will have an awarding organization.
On March 2nd of this year, for the second consecutive year, it had a ceremony in which a certificate was handed to each winning organization by Director Ugajin of the Takamatsu office of the Chugoku Shikoku Regional Environment Office of the Ministry of the Environment.
In 2018 we gave out two awards to two organizations and used the donation we received as a special prize from Mitsui Sumitomo Group Life Insurance Co., Ltd. Shikoku Sales Department that sponsored the ceremonies with the aim of “Let’s support environmental protection activities in Shikoku though insurance’s eco procurement!”
The award organization and “efforts” are as follows:
【Forest-Village-River-Sea Division】
We selected organizations that carry out activities that will lead to conservation of the forest, village rivers, and sea supporting our lifestyle, including rich ecosystem services, etc.
• Tokushima Prefecture: Tokushima Prefecture Aratano High School (“Mitsui Sumitomo Insurance Aioi Life Insurance Special Award” was awarded simultaneously)
“The Ishima Sasayuri conservation activity”
• Kagawa Prefecture: Kagawa University Naoshima Area Revitalization Project
“We want to improve the environment of Naoshima!”
• Ehime Prefecture: Ehime Prefecture Iyo Prefectural High School’s Iyo Agriculture Rare Plant Group conservation project team.
“Environmental conservation activities tackled by high school students in the Shigenobu-Gawa-kakouiki estuary — the 13-year trajectory.”
• Kochi Prefecture: Sanreino Moriwomamoru Minnnanokai.
“Forest Conservation Activities of Sanrei.”
【ESD Environmental Education Division】
We consider not only our generation but also the next generation and select organizations that carry out activities that will lead to building a sustainable society.
• Tokushima Prefecture: Tokushima Prefecture Tomiokahigashi High School

• Kagawa Prefecture: Umimori Sanuki Kai, Rescue Party of Our Home sea
“Ocean Rescue Team Planning for Hometown”

“Forest making in the sea”
After the award ceremony, activities were presented by each group. Through the presentations, we learned the difficulties of management including procurement of activity funds, and the difficulties to develop activities and sustainably expand activities while gaining understanding and approval. In addition, some groups got new ideas and new intentions to continue activities by hearing about other group’s activities.
In this recruitment, a lot of efforts were made from the four prefectures of Shikoku. It was clear that Shikoku ESD and the environmental preservation activities are practiced by many people’s thoughts and hands. We would like to continue supporting all of these activities as Shikoku EPO and to promote the discovery of new activities.
■第2届四国环境合作表彰
为解决环境相关的各种课题，在各主体各自的实践之上，建立本地区多种主体共同参与的合作是十分重要的。
去年开始，四国EPO举办了“四国环境合作表彰”，设立“森里川海部门”和“ESD环境教育部门”两个部门，各奖项从四国各县选出一个团体，对于四国各地展开活跃的合作活动的团体以及优秀的实践活动进行表彰。
今年已是第二届举办表彰大会，3月2日（星期四），环境省中国四国地方环境事务所高松事务所的宇贺神所长为各领奖团体颁发了奖状。
不仅如此，今年三井住友海上AIOI生命保险株式会社四国营业部提供赞助，以“生命保险手续环保化，支持四国环境保护活动！”为宗旨，根据申请人生命保险时网上申请的件数，捐款作为特别奖，授予两个团体。
领奖团体与实践活动如下。
【森里川海部门】
森里川海，包括丰富的生态系统等，支撑了我们的生活，本奖项授予保护森里川海相关的实践活动以及开展活动的团体。

不能只考虑我们这一代，也要想想下一代的未来。本奖项授予构筑可持续发展社会相关的实践活动以及开展活动的团体。

•香川县：保护海洋讃岐会
“故乡的海救护队计划”
•爱媛县：新居浜市立惣开小学校

表彰式后，各团体讲演了各自的活动。经过讲演，让大家明白了募集活动资金等运营的困难之处，以及怎样在获得周围理解与赞同的同时既有发展又能持续地展开活动的课题与艰辛。不仅如此，了解其他各团体活动的情况和做法之后，还有团体受到了新的启发，重新树立了继续活动的志向。
四国四县的实践活动纷纷积极响应本次募集，令人实实在在地感受到了，各界人士关怀四国的ESD和环境保护活动，亲身投入实践。四国EPO将继续支持各位接下来的活动，同时将探索新的活动。
